Press Council appeals to President Aliyev

Azerbaijan Press Council (PC) appealed to Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev.

According to the chief of PC Eflatun Amashov, the reason was the influence of hike of prices to press.

Amashov told the APA that rise of charges for energy supplies, raised the cost price of newspapers.

The appeals asked to enlarge advertising market of the newspapers and implement state assistance to the development of the newspaper.
