Quake hits Azerbaijan's northern regions

On Thursday, at about 07.58, earthquake occurred in 265km to the north of Baku - Caspian shore of Dagestan and the intensity was 5,5-6 points.

The earthquake intensity in Khudat region was 3,5, in Khachmaz 3 points, in Guba, Devechi 2 points. Saying that small tremors after the earthquake are natural, the deputy of Azerbaijani National Science Academy Seismological center director General Gurban Yetirmishli told the APA the present seismological activity to be normal.
