National mini football team downs Turkey

Azerbaijan national mini football team posted a 4-2 win over Turkey in a friendly match in Baku on Tuesday.

The first half began with a welcome flurry of attacks as both sides tried to force the advantage, but it was Turkey, which celebrated the first goal.

Azerbaijan began the second half with spirited attacks and its strikers scored two goals in a couple of minutes to give their team a 2-1 lead.

Despite the visitors grabbed the equaliser later on, it was the home side's two more goals which led it to a 4-2 win. AzerTAg
