"Shusha" cultural center opened at Azeri Embassy in China

The cultural center "Shusha" was opened December 26 under the Embassy of Azerbaijan in China.

The event brought together top-ranking representatives of the Communist Party and Foreign Affairs Ministry of China, heads of the diplomatic corps accredited in Beijing, businesspersons and Azerbaijan students.

Yashar Aliyev, Azerbaijan Ambassador to China told of successful development of the relations between the two countries, the history of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, and ancient cultural center of Azerbaijan - Shusha city.

Aliyev highlighted that opening of Shusha center was timed to December 31 - the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day. He noted that President Ilham Aliyev pays great attention to Azerbaijanis' cohesion abroad and propaganda of Azerbaijan culture throughout the world.

The cultural center "Shusha" demonstrates expositions of Azerbaijan artists, samples of national clothes and musical instruments. AzerTAg
