New Chairman of Germany-Azerbaijan Cultural Centre chosen

Next meeting of Germany-Azerbaijan Cultural Centre (Deutsch-Aserbaidschanischer Kulturverein Hamburg) was held in Hamburg, Germany, Dec 16.

New chairman, the verification of action plan for future and other issues were discussed at the meeting.

Azerbaijani Ramiz Rahimov living in Germany was chosen the chairman of the organization.

The ceremonies on occasion of Khojali genocide, Novruz holiday and 28 May Republic Day were decided to be held in 2007, APA reports.

Besides, anthology of Azerbaijani literature and quarterly journal will be published.
