Shemkir ship explosion claims life

A man died and 3 were injured during the accident. The injured were taken to hospital, Sabayil Prosecutor's Office told the APA.

They are Elshan Musayev (22 years old), Ganimat Ibarhimov (48 years old) and Adil Ferzeliyev (40 years old). The doctor Vurgun Salahov told the APA that faces and hands of all three burnt, their health state is satisfactory. They were placed in the emergency room.

Two injured were taken to Musa Nagiyev Ambulance. They are Kamil Aleskerov (63 years old) and Musa Mammadbayov (41 years old). The chief of neuro-surgical department of the hospital Gabil Ibrahimov said that the injured were brought with cerebral trauma.

Caspian Shipping Company told the APA that three men were slightly injured and a man died as a result of the accident. The gas in the ship’s pipe caused explosion during welding. Investigations on the case continue.
