Military service period to be prolonged

The meeting of the Parliament's Commission for security and defence issues is being held at the moment.

The amendments and changes to the law "On military service" are discussed.

The change is connected with the prolongation of military service period of the men having higher education.

According to APA, the men having higher education are recommended to serve for 18 months.
