Bird flu tests "negative" in Ganja

Analysis shows that birds died in Ganja had no bird flu virus, Kamandar Mammadov, Republic Veterinary Laboratory veterinary told.

Kamandar Mammadov said he himself tested the pathological samples taken from the birds died in Ganja, the analysis shows the birds died of seasonal diseases. He said the official data will be announced in 3-4 days.

Though the rumors spread about the mass death of birds in Ganja, but State Veterinary Service announced that only 5 birds died.

The Region Veterinary Service is testing the birds at the moment, APA reports.
