Azerrail to clash with Scavolini in Champions League qualifier

Azerbaijan women's volleyball champions Azerrail will play Tuesday Italy's Scavolini in the European Champions League qualifier, press service of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation said.

Russian referee Viktor Markov will take charge of the game. He will be assisted by Latvian Ritvas Alksnis.

The Federation said there are not injured players in manager Faiq Garayev's squad.

Garayev recently signed Belarussian Alena Gurkova to strengthen his team for the challenges ahead.

Azerrail are drawn in Group C with Turkish Eczacabasa and Dutch SVS.

The top two teams from the group will progress into the next round. AzerTAg
