Russian model used in Azerbaijan Emergencies Ministry's structure

Russian model was used in the formation of that structure of Azerbaijan Emergencies Ministry, the minister Kamaleddin Heydarov said in the in the ceremony of signing memorandum on partnership between EM and Azerbaijan Red Crescent.

"We try to learn the experience of different institutions of other countries in the removal emergency situations," he said, APA reports.

The minister stressed that within a year that the Ministry was founded, the experience of Turkey, Russia, Belarus and other countries was studied.
