Head coach of Azerbaijan powerlifting team dismissed

Head coach of the Azerbaijani national powerlifting team Afsat Afsatov was dismissed.

The reason is his failure, Ismayil Ismayilov, Youth and Tourism Deputy Minister, Powerlifting Federation Secretary General told.

He said that the reason of his dismissal is not fulfilling the tasks of the Federation President and detention of our sportsmen during doping test.

New head coach of the national team will be determined in the Federation assembly soon, APA reports.
