Sultansoy told the APA that they were interrogated separately and the prosecutor was kind to them. "The interrogation lasted for four hours. He showed me four photos and asked who Teymuraz Aliyev was among them. The man I saw in Tbilisi was not among them. They insured me that it was not his photo," he said.
Sultansoy said the officers suppose that somebody cheated us, it was not Teymuraz Aliyev. "I suppose that it was Teymuraz, but I am not sure. There are two variants-whether the person that we met was not Teymuraz or his photo was not there," Sultansoy stressed.
Sultansoy said that he protested for meeting with Teymuraz Aliyev and said that it is dangerous. "I heard that it was Teymuraz after departing from Eynulla. He was very tense, whether he was frightened or nervous," he said.
Fetullayev told the APA that they were asked to repeat their written testimony. "I was asked about Teymuraz's photo. I gave them Teymuraz and Seko's photo. But they did not show me Seko's and Tahir Khubanov's photos and said that he and others are not wanted yet. I asked about the reason and as it was investigation secret they did not declare," Fetullayev said.
Fetullayev said that he asked the investigator where Teymuraz Aliyev was.
"He is said to be in Tbilisi. Azerbaijan law enforcement bodies have no right to hold operations in Georgia. That is why they can not arrest them. Then I asked why Georgia police do not arrest him. They answered that for this they should have legal agreement," he said.
"He said that he was showed a photo of a man with small eyes, moustache. NSM said that the person we met in Tbilisi was not Teymuraz Aliyev and stated that if we repeat our act, we will bring to the investigation," Fetullayev said.
