Criminal's mates beat prisoner in Gobustan jail

Supporters of Nadir Salifov aka Lotu Gulu beat the prisoner called Nuru Nakhchivanli. Nuru insulted Lotu Gulu and as a result he received serious bodily damage. Elchin Behbudov held monitoring in the jail today and he said that he is unaware of the incident.

Rafig Ramazanov Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service department chief proved the fact. He said that a criminal case was launched on the facts and is being investigated in Garadagh Prosecutor's Office.
