Arzu Dadashova: "Haji Mammadov talked to Elchin Aliyev in bunker of the bank"

Arzu Dadashova, paymaster general of Sabunchu branch of International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) gave testimony. "I knew Elchin Aliyev as chair-man. I knew about the violations of law in the bank and I had to sign some documents sometimes. That is why I refused of my post and later I was removed to the post of treasurer. Elchin Aliyev and Agil Aliyev sent some people who I did not know to take money. Sometimes Elchin and Agil took the keys of treasure and bring there money. I told Elchin that I do not want to work because of deficits in the bank. Once, the controllers came to the bank and they found out that we have $80 000 deficits. Elchin suspected me and said that I tell somebody about the happenings in the bank. Then I became his enemy," she said.

Arzu Dadashova answered Judge Elton Guliyev's questions and said that she worked earlier than him in the bank. "Elchin was planning my arrest. I was sentenced two years because of $28 000 deficit and document falsification. If I knew about his plan I would sell my house and pay the money," she said.

Dadashova stressed that Haji Mammadov came to the bank and talked with Elchin Aliyev in the bunker. Haji Mammadov denied the case. She added that Elchin Aliyev was exchanging Euro in the bank. Mammadov said that money was for Naile Guliyeva's work.

Then Elchin Ismayilov and Elton Ismayilov gave testimony on the episode of Mejid Mammadov's kidnapping.

Jeyhun Sultanov gave testimony on the episode if Azer Ismayilov's death. "I worked in that department since 2000 and worked as driver for three months. I met with Azer on the day he lost," Jeyhun said.

Public prosecutor asked him if he had taken Ismayilov to meet with any woman. After this question the process was held closed. APA
