Arzu Pashayev's criminal case sent to Garadagh Prosecutor's Office

The criminal case of Prisoner Arzu Pashayev who evaded from detention place 12 on August of this year, was sent to Garadagh Prosecutor's office for consideration.

Garadagh region prosecutor Tariyel Gurbanov told the APA that a criminal case was launched on Criminal Code Article 304.1 (evade from prison and detention place). As the result of controls made by the officers of Penitentiary Service Fakhraddin Aliyev, chief of the detention place 12 and Musa Aliyev, the chief of the group were dismissed from their posts and some other officers were punished.
