President decrees on marking famous carpet-maker's 100th anniversary

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decreed on marking 100th anniversary of Latif Karimov's birth, famous carpet-maker artist of Azerbaijan, USSR State Prize Winner.

Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry and Azerbaijan National Academy of Science have been assigned to prepare and implement necessary actions on the jubilee which is going to be celebrated next month, APA reports.
