Scandal at Haji Mammadov's trial

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev.

The judge stated the necessity of probing into the statement by Novruz Nuriyev, Kamil Sadreddinov, Adalet Asadullayev, Musa Dabuyev and Aslanbek Chentamirov on undergoing torture during the preliminary investigation.

He said that a forensic medical examination should be set up to examine whether there are tracks of torture in their body or not.

Then the victims gave testimonies. Rena Pashayeva said that some Chechens robbed her house in Vishnyovka in 1995. She called them brutal and merciless. Her son Reshad Pashayev confirmed his mother's words.

It caused scandal in the trial. Sadreddinov objected to these words. Aslanbek Chentamirov insulted each other by swear words.

Then kidnapped Elsha Hasanov gave testimony. The trial will continue in the second half of the day, APA reports.
