Emergencies, Health and Interior Ministries and Baku Subway held trainings in Baki Soveti subway station.

EM fire-preventing groups, Civil Defense Troops (CDT), police officers and subway defense servants took part in the trainings, APA reports.

They involved 935 personal staff, 375 firemen and rescuers, 560 imitators, 18 fire engines, 10 ambulance cars and 15 CDT cars in the trainings.

"This kind of trainings has not been held in Baku subway yet. We will create real dangers and learn the evacuation of passengers," Tagi Ahmedov, the chief of Baku Subway told the APA.

According to the training plan, the trainees set up fire by explosion in second road 300km far from Baki Soveti station. The train and ventilation system stops working and passengers are injured. The smoke moves towards Sahil and Baki Soveti stations. The rescuers have to evacuate the passenger through Baki Soveti station.

Kemaleddin Heydarov who observed the trainings said journalists that he is satisfied with the results of joint training. "The training was organized well. We could rescue more than 700 people in an hour. There are 60 "deads" and 200 "injured" passengers."

Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and Baku Subway chief Tagi Ahmedov said that they are satisfied with the results.
