AIBA president: "Azerbaijan has no problem with hosting European and World Championship"

He said that the number of the participating countries has decreased.
“We invited eight strongest teams of the world. It is more interesting,” he said.

The president also said that there is no problem about referee, APA reports.

"We will no longer have problems about referees. We provided them with modern electronic equipment. It helps to detect their mistakes. We also determine referees in open-based method. Any scandal is out of question in this case," he said.

Chowdhry did not exclude that Azerbaijan can host World and European Boxing Championships.

"I did not yet receive such an appeal from Azerbaijan. I think you need some tome," the president said.

He also forecasted the results of the championship and said that former USSR countries have chance to win the cup.
