Haji Mammadov gave sleeping-draught injection to Shirkhan Albiyev

In today's trial, public prosecutors asked questions to defendant Malik Mammadov. He said he knew Naila Guliyeva, Aligulu Guliyev, Farhad Mammadbayov, Mehman Hasanov, Yagir Mammadov, Rovshan Agayev before his arrest. The defendant said he knew Zakir Nasirov, former head of the Interior Ministry Crime Investigation Department and department chief Kamil Sadraddinov as chairs of Haji Mammadov. Answering the question on who were the ministers visiting Haji Mammadov in Garabulag resort, Malik Mammadov advised to address this question to Haji Mammadov.

The defendant also testified on the murder of Shirkhan Albiyev. "I did know Shirkhan before. One day Haji called me to Baku to buy building materials. I came to his house in Keshle. There were Haji, Nizami Abdullayev, Musa Dabuyev, Rovshan Agayev in the house. Haji said I would be needed in detaining one person. Then Shirkhan Albiyev came with Ruslan Ikushov. We held Shirkan. Haji gave sleeping-draught injection to him and we took him away in a car. Haji said he killed him in Garabulag resort."

After that, public prosecutor solicited for declaring some controversial nuances regarding Malik Mammadov's testimonies to the investigation and to the trial. The judge satisfied the solicitation, APA reports.
