Prosecutor demands three years for Mirza Sakit

Defense-lawyer Vugar Khasayev solicited for displaying the video film of surveying of Zahidov, but the solicitation was dismissed. Public prosecutor said the claim on the Criminal Code article 234.4.3 (on keeping of illicit drug) has not yet been proved.

He asked to consider the case on Criminal Code article 234.1, APA reports.

The prosecutor demanded sentencing Zahidov to three years in prison and fining him at AZM 100.

The lawyer protesting the claim said that the charge of Sakit's using narcotic has not been proved. He said the public prosecutor decision based on doctor's false judgement.

Sakit Zahidov will be heard on September 28 for the last time. The court will sentence him on the same day.
