President Aliyev meets famous oiler

Farman Salmanov said he was very pleased to be in the homeland again, and with the honor to meet with the President.

The scientist noted it always pleased him to recall his meetings with the great leader Heydar Aliyev.

He said the he is feeling a great sense of pride witnessing the all-round development of Azerbaijan.

Farman Salmanov expressed deep gratitude to the Head of State for the congratulations on his 75th birthday.

President Ilham Aliyev stressed the scientist who had made great contributions to development of oil industry in the former USSR, event today, is worthily representing Azerbaijan and its people in Russia.

He wished the noted compatriot good health and success.
