Azerbaijan U-17 squad beats Latvia

European U-17 championship qualifiers took place September 23 in Baku.

In its first match, Azerbaijani team secured a 2:1 win over Latvian national squad at the Tofig Bahramov Republican stadium.

Denmark-Ireland match ended in a goalless draw in the Shafa stadium.

Latvia-Denmark, Azerbaijan-Ireland matches will be held on September 25 while Denmark will play with Azerbaijan and Ireland with Latvia on September 28. Top two teams in the group will qualify for the next round.
