Prisoner goes on hunger strike

Elchin Behbudov, chairman of Azerbaijani Committee against Tortures visited Bayilov jail #1.

He told APA that he met with prisoners - Garib Mammadov, Mahyaddin Aliyev and valish Najafov.

Garib Mammadov who was accused of robbery goes on hunger strike against the partial investigation conducted by Nasimi Distrtict Inspector Rashad Aliyev. He also complains about tortures.

Behbudov said he will meet with Interior Minister Ramil Usubov to inform him.

Other two inmates didn't complain about any tortures.

The both prisoners teased Fizuli region Mayor and his assistant under influence.
