Ministry offers amendments to Labor Code

Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has worked out amendments to the Labor Code.

Ministry official Lawyer Rajab Nuraliyev told APA the main reason was to eliminate contradictions in the Labor Code.

"Change of an article can cause contradiction among other articles. Article 135 (vacation) has recently been changed. But, it contradicted Article 144."

He said the proposals would be submitted to Parliament after being completely examined and made exact.
