Three hectares of land allotted for Young Family Township

Baku Mayor]s Office allotted three hectares for this place. Youth and Sport Ministry is working on the structure of the township, Minister Azad Rahimov said, APA reports.

He said the preparation of the sketch of the town requires 5-6 months. "The plan should be worked out, then examined and a tender should be announced on the plan. We are working on this plan now."

He said the apartments in this township will be cheaper than market price.

"The price is lower because the land is not paid to but the mayor's office allotted it. The Government can undertake all communication expenditures, water, light, gas and sewerage can be supplied at the expenditure of the government."
