Azerbaijan celebrates "Tempus day"

The students' visit exchanges are placed on the 2007 program of the Tempus. Klaus Korner, representative of education and culture of European commission realizing Bologna system in Azerbaijan is on an official visit to our country. But the assessing the program in Azerbaijan joined to the system in 2005 is to be implemented in 2007.

Klaus Korner the Bologna program is intergovernmental system. The education is national responsibility in European Union. There are 45 states including Azerbaijan involved to this system. European Commission can't assess it as the program is intergovernmental and only keeps support giving position.
