Burial of two dead Azeri boys in Krasnoyarsk not appointed yet

The parents will receive $3,500 for organization of the burial, as Tamara Mota, the chief of Leninsky district social protection agency, reported. The agency will also help them to get death certificates and organize the mourning ceremony.

It has not been decided yet, where and when the burial is to take place. It will be determined by the dead children's parents. On September, 18 the parents will learn about the results of the last expert examination of their children's remains, Mota said.

The city authorities have been rendering help to the parents for this time: they received consultations of psychologists from the crisis rehabilitation center, tickets to resorts and camps, Mota noted. Moreover, each family got $2 thousand for rehabilitation.

It is worth reminding that the dead boys' remains were allowed for transportation by the public prosecutors' office.

Five children, aged 9-12, Maxi Taumanov, Safar Aliyev, Galash Mamedgasanov, Alexander Lavrenov and Dmitry Makarov were lost in the end of April, 2005. The children were wanted on the federal level. The search lasted for 21 days. More than one thousand people were involved in the search actions. Their supposed burnt remains were found in the well in Leninsky district in May.

Krasnoyarsk Territory Public Prosecutors' Office incited a criminal case on kidnapping of children (Article 125, Part 2, Criminal Code of RF). On April, 21 the case was incited on Article 105 (murder). The case was dealt with by the special investigator of the deputy chief prosecutor of Siberian Federal District. The children's remains passed several expert examinations to establish their death reasons.
