Farhad Mammadbayov: "I aimed to help Haji Mammadov"

Defendant Farhad Mammadbayov answered questions of public prosecutors. In his testimonies to the investigation, Mammadbayov took the responsibility for the murdering of Ruslan Ukushov, "I aimed to help Haji Mammadov and I am still ready to help him now.
Answering the questions on the murder of AFFA vice-president Fatullah Huseynov, the defendant said Haji told he organized this murder because of the conflict between them."

Mammadbayov said he is unaware of Haji Mammadov's leading an unarrested gang.

Answering the question on the kidnapping of Zamira Hajiyeva, International Bank of Azerbaijan Managing Staff chairman Jahangir Hajiyev's wife, the defendant said he heard about it after the kidnapping.

"Haji informed me about kidnapping of Zamira two or three days ago but I did not agree with that. Haji said it did not depend on him. Aslanbek, Musa and several other gang members were against too."

The trial will continue on 23 September, APA reports.
