The public prosecutor read the testimony on Adalet Aliyev's involvement in the kidnapping of Elshan Hasanov.

Kentamirov refuted this testimony saying that given upon the trial is right.

The public prosecutor read Kentamirov's testimonies to the investigation on Haji Mammadov's crimes. "Haji Mammadov told me about his friend named Kamal at the Interior Ministry. Haji said he consults with related to kidnapping cases. But he never told about his exact post at the Ministry. He said he gave money to senior officials. But I did not believe this. I thought aimed not to give us much money. Eldar said Kamil made the gang kidnap banker's wife Zamira Hajiyeva."

Kentamirov said this testimony is not correct. "Eldar did not tell me anything about this. I confirmed what the investigator was saying. I didn't know a person by the name of Kamil," the defendant said.

Kentamirov refuted his testimony which said Haji Mammadov ordered the murder of Rovshan Aliyev. He admitted that he shared money gained from the kidnapping of Nazim Pashayev, owner of Azermebel Industrial Concern and the burglary at the 3rd microdistrict.
