U.S. Embassy announces Fall 2006 Democracy Commission Small Grants Program

The application period begins on September 7, 2006 and ends on October 3, 2006, 11:30 AM. Interested Azerbaijani organizations are invited to submit grant proposals in one of the following six subject areas: promoting transparency, participatory government and anti-corruption mechanisms, promoting human rights, the rule of law, conflict resolution, sensible urban planning, promoting ties between Americans and Azerbaijanis.
