Academy of Science ex-President returned to Azerbaijan

The treatment of Azerbaijan National Academy of Science former president Eldar Salayev ended his treatment and returned to Azerbaijan, Nuraddin Ismayilov, ADP press service chief stated.

He said the academic's health changed to better but there are still some problems.

Salayev faced charges of attempt to coup d'etat and mass unrests. His arrest was commuted because of health problems. He was treated in the US John Hopkins Institute, APA reports.
