Lawyer for the students, Intigam Aliyev told the APA the court said the complaints are not in line with the legislation. The lawyer said this argument is quite groundless.
"This way has recently been in use. The courts dismiss the appeals for groundless reasons after keeping them for a long time. In this situation, the dissatisfied has to appeal to higher court for a year or a year and half to get the complaint be considered. And this boring situation leads to losing confidence in courts," the lawyer said.
Intigam Aliyev also said they have appealed to the Juridical Council and Supreme Court and other authorized instances for bringing judges into disciplinary liability.
"Together with the students we have decided to appeal to authorized instances for bringing judges into disciplinary liability and then reappeal to courts," Aliyev said.
