National TV and Radio Council appeals to court

National TV and Radio Council (NTRC) appealed to the local Economic Court #1 by the claim to ban B&B cable television broadcasting in Baku, NTRC chairman Nushiravan Meherremli stated.

He said there are problems in establishment of television. Despite the NTRC warning, they did not made changes in the relevant documents.

By Azerbaijani law, state body cannot possess television. 30% of B&B shares belongs to "Bakuteleradio" production.

Therefore, the NTRC appealed to court, according to APA.
