Secretariat for Protection of Environment Convention will be located in Baku, Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry international affairs department chief, Isa Aliyev reported journalists about it.

Aliyev stated that Iran being an exception 4 Caspian Sea states Secretariat headquarters' being established in Azerbaijan agreed.

According to APA, Secretariat after the establishment of the Secretariat within UNO Development Program Frame 5 mln dollar means will be allocated to Azerbaijan a year.
