Azerbaijani scientists in Iran condemn Israeli war against Lebanon

As APA reports, resident of Gum city Ayatollah Fazil Lankarani stressed the United States supports Israeli crimes in Lebanon.

"The scientists of the Islamic world need to be more careful now and must know that dear Islam faces a very sensitive period. The enemies have devised many plans to remove Islam," the scientist said. He criticized the silence of the Muslim states and international organizations before these crimes, "Muslims should make all efforts to assist the resistance of Muslim peoples of Lebanon and Palestine."

Ayatollah Musevi Ardabil says in his statement: "It is religious and human obligation to support the resistance of the Lebanese and Palestinian Muslims against the regime which occupied Jerusalem. It is very surprising that those calling them human and claiming civilization are justifying these crimes instead of at least keeping silence. There cannot be a deepest sorrow like calling Israeli "intention of war and destruction" "defense"."

Such heroic resistance by the poor people in such a worth situation of mankind is giving hope. Though their power is less than that of the enemies, they are standing like furious lion relying on their God and belief.

And all are responsible for assisting them as much as they could. The strong support of all the Muslims in the world for the Lebanese people, the solidarity and union of Muslims and their power to struggle against the colonialist world are giving high hopes.

Ayatollah Behjat Tabrizi and Ayatollah Meshgini also denounced the Israeli aggression and urged all Muslims in the world to join the struggle of the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples.
