Karvan's victory in UEFA Cup first game

On Thursday FC Karvan and FC Karabakh started their campaigns in UEFA Cup.

In the first qualifying round FC Karvan received at Shafa stadium Slovakian Spartak Trnava. Azeri club won by the only goal scored by Karvan's striker Rustamov on the 82nd minute.

Macedonian Goran Spirkoski was selected to referee this game.

FC Karabakh made a 1-1 draw with Moldavian Zimbru.
