MNS rendered harmless the criminal detachment bringing narcotic drugs through smuggling from Iran to Azerbaijan

According to the information 2 gr heroine, about 30 gr marijuana has been found in the state marked car VAZ 2106 of Beilagan region Asgallar village resident, Rasim Maharramov, 1962, on July 7 after which his house was looked into. During the search 9,859 kg marijuana, 279 gr heroine has been found in the flat, APA informs.

As a result of the implemented measure, the other members of the detachment--Beilagan region Eyvazlilar village resident, Talib Garayev, 1960, Aghjabedi region Avshar village resident, Elchin Mammadov, 1966, have been detained. It was identified that Mammadov and Garayev meeting with Maharramov gave them 2950 dollars instead he asked to deliver narcotic drugs to him he had ordered to Iran citizen Yahya.

Garayev taking narcotic drugs from Yahya delivered it to Maharramov in a secret way on July 7. Investigation has been opened in MNS Main Investigation Office of the Criminal Code 206.4(smuggling of narcotic drugs by organized detachment) with the articles 234.4.4 and 234.4.3 (illegal use of narcotic drugs, produce, keeping, delivery).
