Zagatala police detained two wanted Georgian citizens on July 6.

Zagatala Region Police Department chief Shahin Babirov has told Sheki-Zagatala bureau of APA they were arrested during the raid.

According to him, in August 2005, Balaken Region Police Office was informed on Balaken region Jederovtala village resident, Aydin Lelimov's flat's robbery by 5 criminals.

After that event, law-enforcement organs implemented work on search of north-west region. Changing the living place made the robbers' finding difficult.

At last, on Thursday night Zagatala Region Police Department detained two of the robbers - Georgian citizens Nariman Kerimov and Haggi Hajikhanov.

During the initial interrogation they confessed their robbery. Babirov said that the detained persons were handed over Balaken Region Police Department and criminal case was opened on them. The other three persons' search is being continued suspected in robbery.
