The President's press service told APA that the Health Ministry's staff will be composed of 87 health servants.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to make proposals on coordinating normative legislative acts in force to the decree and submit to the head of state within a month.
Besides, the Cabinet has been charged with dealing with issues resulting from the decree. Under this decree, the 29 December, 1998 presidential decree "On ratification of Regulations on establishment of Health Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic" loses validity.
According to the Regulations ratified by the President, the Health Ministry is a central executive body implementing and regulating state policy in protection of public health.
