Expected rains May 13-15 in Azerbaijan might cause flood in rivers

As APA reports, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources National Hydrometeorology department Hydrological Forecast Bureau department Chief Asif Mehdiyev has stated that this increase will last for several days.

Rains expected on May 13-15 will cause flood as well. The increase of water level will be registered between 20-30 cm in Kyur. This increase might cause flood in Salyan, Neftchala, Ali-Bayramli regions.

With regard to water increase in Araz Water Reservoir the water level in Araz river is forecasted to be between 20-40 cm.
