Azerbaijan participates in conference on Bologna Process in Tbilisi

The international conference on participation of the Georgian art institutes in the Bologna process started in the Rustaveli Theatre in Tbilisi on Monday.

As Prime-News was told by the representatives of the Ministry of Education of Georgia, the conference is sponsored by the Ministry of Education of Georgia, Ministry of Culture, Monument Protection and Sports, Theatre and Movie University, European League of Institutes of the Arts and Open Society Georgia.

According to them, approximate 1000 representatives of the universities of Ireland, Austria, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and other European and Asian countries will take part in the conference.

The three-day conference is dedicated to development of three-staged structure and curriculum of higher education in art, facilitation and improvement of quality and following steps of education – doctorate.

Besides, a training course on education system aimed at results and European Credit Transfer System will be conducted on the same day.
