Azerbaijani Education Ministry and OSCE start the joint program

The Azerbaijani Education Ministry and OSCE started the realization of the joint program "Educational program on human rights", the Ministry informs.

According to Trend, the program is launched in Ganja, Shamkir, Barda and Shemakha. The Ministry and "Caspian International Movement for partnership for future" social movement are OSCE partners in the program.

The program has already been started in Lenkoran and Divichi districts in 2005. It will end in May.
