President signs decree to perpetuate Ismayil Shikhli's and Mohsun Sanani's memory

According to APA, Baku Mayor's Office was instructed to name one of the streets in the capital as Ismayil Shikhli and attach memory board on the building the writer lived in. Gazakh region Kosalar village secondary school was named after Ismayil Shikhli as well.
