An international seminar of "Distance education and human resources utilization" will be held in Baku in September this year.

As APA informs, the seminar will be held with financial support of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The previous seminar organized with support of UPU was on "Marketing in postal field". The previous seminar was held in September-October last year.
