Azeri Fencing Federation doesn't determine new president

"The situation was planned to be solved at the meeting with the management of the National Olympic Committee in late 2005, but we did not manage to achieve it," Yashar Mammadov, the vice-President of the Federation told Trend.

Nevertheless, Mammadov voiced hope that the Federation would solve the issue soon, particularly, when the fencing season came and they needed funds to participate in the different international competitions and trainings.

Earlier the Federation was led by Farhad Aliyev, the ex-Minister of Economic Development.
