Lawyer says Ali Insanov's pains get sharper

As APA reports, his lawyer Togrul Babayev says Nasimi court has referred the complaint to Appeal Court: "The appeal will be considered in a few days. His pains are as sharp as before. He walks with the help of a stick".

It should be noted that Nasimi Court passed a decision on elongation of his detention time for 4 months due to the fact he was detained on October 20.

A.Insanov is charged with misusing his office, preparing for massive disorder, plotting to seize the power by force, embezzlement of a great deal of public property and illegally carrying of weapons.
