CEC takes legal actions against former candidates

According to chief of law department of Central Election Commission (CEC) Irada Hajiyeva, the number of such candidates is over 500. I.Hajiyeva stated that, the trials have already been held in some district courts today and decision was passed on repay of the money received from the state budget, APA informs.

I.Hajiyeva added that, ex-candidates who are unable to repay the money at once can undertake commitments to repay the money within 12 months.
