President held meeting on state of affairs and development of road traffic and transport in Baku

President gave orders to Ziya Mammadov, Transport Minister and Hajibala Abutalibov, head of Baku City Executive Power to overcome the difficulties.

President noted the program in this problem considers works to be done in two directions: formation of transport infrastructure and reconstruction, renovation of roads. Mentioning that 100 000 new cars have been imported to Azerbaijan in last two years, president appraised it as a good indicator of development temp of the country.

Speaking at the meeting, transport, internal affairs ministers as well as the mayor of Baku city informed the President about current problems in transport field and measures taken against it.
