MPDB and Prosecutor's Office of Baku reports about the murder of policemen in Nardaran

As APA reports, all the entries and exits of Nardaran are controlled by the police regiments at present. None is let to the village. According to the information, two policemen, as well as, a villager called Ramiz were killed in the incident happened at noon.

Two residents of Nardaran - Ilham Guliyev and Hasan Azimov were wounded and taken to City Clinical Hospital #3. One of the murdered policemen was armed and the other without any fire-arms. One of them was made to get out the car and shot on the head. The perpetrators and the cause of the incident have not been identified yet.

According to some information, the law enforcement bodies were to implement large-scale operation in the village. The incident was caused by the attempt to prevent the operation. Deputies of the Interior Ministry Vilayat Eyvazov, Emil Shekinski, chief of Main Police Department of Baku Maherram Aliyev, Deputy chief Yashar Aliyev, first Deputy of Prosecutor General Rustam Usubov assembled in the 14th Police Station of Sabunchi District Office which keeps the territory under the control and held a deliberation. As it's known from Sabunchi Hospital that, the wounded are in critical situation. They were placed in reanimation department.

Main Police Department of Baku and Prosecutor Office of Baku reported joint information of the incident. MDPB states that the associates of the 14th Police Station of Sabunchi District Office captain Rovshan Rahimov, lietenatnt Ilgar Agayev were murdered in Nardaran while they were fulfilling their official service.

According to the information the car of the policemen who were returning from scene in Bilgah settlement were detained by armed Nardaran residents - Ramiz Hasanov, who was sentenced before for deliberate murder case, Hasan Azimov and Ilham Guliyev previously sentenced and others.

R.Rahimov was killed having been wounded on his head and I.Agayev was seriously wounded. Resisting the attackers I.Aghayev shot R.Hasanov dead. H.Azimov wounded I.Guliyev and I.Guliyev died. The officials of law enforcement bodies of the country visited the scene. Criminal case on the event was launched under the articles 120.2.3, 120.2.7 (deliberate murder) and 228 (illegal carrying, keeping fire arms) of Criminal Code by the Baku Prosecutor's Office.
